The “Hair Beauty and Diversity” photo project aims to show the beauty of hair in different sizes and shapes. Furthermore, by seeing the differences among us in this photographic way, the public would have a wider perception on some existing social problems: prejudice, misunderstanding or even discrimination. By making this photo album, I hope that we all always love ourselves, specifically our hair, as well as show respect and admiration to others who are always different from one to another. I personally also had a chance to learn and practice more how to accept differences and to see the true beauty within each person I photograph.
